Remember the Christmas favor idea using the Stampin' Up! Dasher stamp I shared in December?  Pictured here is one of the 80 favors the high school girls are making for the annual church Valentine's Day dinner.

The candy inside is, wait for it, Hershey Hugs & Kisses.  How precious is that?  You know how I love, and crave, coordination.

We stamped the hugs & kisses stamp Love_You_Much_Scallop_Circle in Real Red Classic Ink on Very Vanilla card stock.  It was then watercolored with Real Red Classic Ink with an AquaPainter.  We used the 1-1/4" Circle Punch to punch out the center only.

The same hugs & kisses stamp was stamped with Real Red ink on Real Red card stock.
The scalloped circles were all punched out with the Scallop Circle Punch.   Scallop_Circle

The stamped, watercolored and punched 1-1/4" circles were then layered onto the stamped and punched scallop circles.

The base of the favor uses two of the large tags from the Two Tags Bigz Die.

Do you see the score line?  You fold both on the score line and adhere them together.

Through the already die-cut holes, tie a pretty bow with Very Vanilla 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon.

The designer series paper is the now retired Candy Lane.   You could easily substitute the Sending Love Speciality Paper in the Stampin' Up! 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog.  The Sending Love Speciality Paper, like the Candy Lane paper, uses Very Vanilla as its neutral color.  The designer paper is cut to 1" x 2-3/4" strips.

The Hershey Hugs & Kisses are in the Small Flat Cellophane Bags (3" x 5").  They look much more classy than a baggie.  And, they are very reasonable to purchase.  Only $3.95 for 50 bags!

The Very Vanilla strip of card stock behind the designer paper is 1-1/4" x 2-3/4".
