Have you seen the pretty Vintage Vogue stamp set yet?  It is so pretty with its flowers, border, vine and great sayings.  With the solid style of rubber stamp, you can quickly make beautiful cards.  At the bottom of the post you will find a picture of the entire stamp set.

I needed to design a card to write a tutorial on the Perfect Bow technique for my Stampin' Smiles February 2010 Newsletter.  And, this is the card.  It is almost impossible to see in the photo, but I cut out and popped up the F with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The extra dimension really adds to the beauty of the card.   The card stock dimensions are listed further down the post.

To create my background, all I did was rub my Not Quite Navy Classic Stampin' Pad over the entire front of my Not Quite Navy card front.  Don't you love the look?

The F stamp was stamped in Always Artichoke on the Very Vanilla piece.  You can see the word "friends" in Always Artichoke.

To help with the vintage look, I sponged with Not Quite Navy ink around the edges of the Very Vanilla card stock.

I have a book of color combinations I made into a spiral bound book years ago.  I used on of the Vintage color combination for this card – Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Not Quite Navy and Very Vanilla.  At first, I wondered if the Certainly Celery was a bit too bright for the other colors.  But, when all was said and done, I like the combination.
